Currently to watch 3D on your 3D TV, you need 3D glasses. Each manufacturer has different glasses although some universal glasses are on the way.
When buying a 3D TV you should pay close attention to whether the tv comes with 3D glasses and how many pair. A family of 4 obviously needs 4 pairs of glasses to watch a movie together and your tv may only come with two pairs.
Because of having smaller heads, children’s glasses are available as well as adult glasses.
